Axes & Drive

• Main axes feature a servo-electric drive for rapid, simultaneous movements and high repetition accuracy.
• Includes a second Y-axis (secondary arm) for separate sprue removal with a 2 kg handling weight.
• Features a C-axis with a pneumatic drive for rotating finished parts.

Gripper System

• Comes standard with a pneumatically operated sprue gripper.
• Includes 2 pneumatic valves for controlling gripper functions.
• Equipped with 2 vacuum units (Venturi principle) for parts handling with suction pads. These include vacuum switches for part monitoring.

Control System

• Allows for programmable sequence branches to reliably separate test samples, bad parts, and sprues.
• Different speeds can be selected in manual operating mode for fast programming.
• Axes can be moved either continuously or incrementally (0.1 mm, 1 mm, 5 mm, or 10 mm).
• Features dynamic speed control, where the speeds of the main axes are automatically adapted to the injection moulding cycle during set-down.
• Includes a mobile operating panel for easy and flexible operation.
• Features an automatic central lubrication system.

Interfaces & Expansion

• An interface with 8 freely programmable inputs is available for querying sensors for gripper functions.
• An interface with 17 freely programmable inputs and 5 freely programmable outputs is available for peripheral equipment.
• Optional additions include a conveyor belt for part set-down and a gripper according to customer requirements.

Safety

• An enable system allows for the movement of servo-electric axes at a reduced speed when the safety enclosure is open.
• Safety enclosures on rollers made of wire mesh are available as an option.
