Moldpro Temperature Controller – Key Features

(1) Synchronized Heating: On startup, the software identifies the hot plates and activates synchronized heating, where faster-heating zones follow the slower ones, so all zones reach operating temperature at the same time. (Invention patent granted)

(2) Over-Temperature Protection: If temperature rises 30°C above the set point and is out of control, the system sounds an alarm and cuts power to prevent fire and resin carbonization inside the runner.

(3) Under-Temperature Alarm: If temperature falls 30°C below the set point and is out of control, the system sounds an alarm.

(4) Auto Zone Detection: Automatically detects the number of zones on startup and powers them on, with no need to activate each zone manually.

(5) Compact Design: 4-, 6-, and 8-zone controllers are only about the size of an A4 sheet, saving valuable floor space.

(6) SCR Power Output: SCR phase-angle power output effectively protects the hot runner heating system.

(7) Heater circuit fault detection.

(8) Thermocouple open-circuit detection.

(9) Thermocouple reverse-connection detection.

(10) Instant Alarm: The system immediately sounds an audible alarm upon detecting any abnormality.
