Pass Card desarrolla moldes para preformas de PET desde 1999. La gama incluye moldes para preformas de cuello estrecho, cuello ancho y de 5 galones, con diseños multicavidad de 72, 64 y 48 cavidades, entre otros. Los moldes para preformas de cuello estrecho utilizan el diseño de cámara caliente con obturador de Pass Card y garantizan una concentricidad del espesor de pared de la preforma de ±0,075 mm (L = 100 mm). La base del molde es de acero para herramientas de alta calidad PDS-5 (P-20) (HRC 27–35), el núcleo y la cavidad son de acero inoxidable templado sueco ASSAB STAVAX-420 (HRC 50–52), y el 80 % de los componentes puede sustituirse en la máquina de inyección.
