La trituradora SA-4A es adecuada para triturar todo tipo de desperdicio de espuma de PU flexible, como el moldeado hr, así como el desperdicio de material de la cubierta del colchón acolchado de espuma. La máquina consta de una cortadora rotativa y estacionaria con un sistema de refrigeración por agua incorporado dentro de la máquina y también con un potente ventilador adicional que sopla las virutas de espuma de la máquina al silo o al cuarto de almacenamiento. El tamaño de partícula se puede cambiar cambiando la malla neta.

In-Mold Decoration (IMD) is an efficient, durable and cost effective technique for printing, painting, and forming plastic decorations. However, a large number of parameters involved IMD manufacturing processes and the complex relationship between these parameters make the determination of the optimal parameter setting a challenging task. This paper proposes a systematic framework integrating Response Surface Methodology (RSM) and logistic regression to improve the yield of IMD manufacturing process. The integrated  framework becomes easy to identify the optimal parameter setting,saving a great deal of time and money in the manufacturing process. On the empirical study in collaboration with Yomura, the proposed framework shows the significant result from 10% to 87.5% validating the viability of the proposed framework in real setting. Balloon dipping machine consists of main frame,acid tank,washing tank,stripping device,acid tank,water tank,cogulant tank,oven,latex tank, beading, rail,converying system,ladder, storage tank,vulcanization tank,mixing tank etc. The electric control system include the Programmable Logic Control(PLC), touch screen, converter etc. electronic control units and wires. Except the touch screen and sensors, the other electric parts were installed inside the control box. The control box is easy to maintance. The PLC and its software is the heart of the control system.
