Nuestra máquina de moldeo de baja presión LPM, con certificación CE, con una presión de inyección muy baja de 20 ~ 500 psi (1.5 ~ 35 BAR) en la cavidad del molde y las piezas electrónicas que se van a encapsular. La poliamida termofusible comienza a enfriarse cuando toca la cavidad, luego aplica presión de inyección continua. El proceso de sobremoldeo no dañará ninguna junta de soldadura frágil de la placa de circuito (sobremoldeo de PCB). Al principio, se utiliza para reemplazar procesos de macetas convencionales tóxicos y voluminosos, que se extienden gradualmente al mundo en el mercado, como el mercado automotriz, médico, militar y de electrodomésticos.

High temperature water returns to the machine and then be pressure by pump to the heater. After being heated, water will be forced to mold and continue the circle. In the process, if the water temperature is too high, the system will activate the solenoid valve to let cooling water cool down the temperature directly until the temperature is down to the system requirement. If the temperature keeps increasing and reaches to the set point of ultra high temperature, system will sound high pressure alarm and stop operation.
