La serie WACL no es solo una máquina laminadora en seco convencional. La lámina de forma fría está muy preocupada por el control de tensión adecuado y preciso para manejar laminados tan gruesos. En términos de control de tensión, esta máquina se ha diseñado principalmente para laminación de capas múltiples de láminas Alu-alu. El rodillo del secador de arco se ha sincronizado con la velocidad de la línea, tiene muy poca fricción y es constante cuando la película pasa por el secador. La cámara de secado interna tiene detección de LEL de seguridad, este sistema puede descargarse automáticamente cuando se detecta un alto VOC durante la producción. Esta máquina también combinó la función de revestimiento de lacado con sellado térmico. Unidad de capa de imprimación adicional antes de la unidad de lacado, por lo que permite aplicar la capa de dos lados (imprimación + sellado térmico) en una sola pasada. La unidad de recubrimiento tiene una función alternativa con los sistemas de recubrimiento de huecograbado directo y semi-flexografía. Carro de recubrimiento junto con sistema de autobomba y capaz de cambiar rápidamente de trabajo.
