2-K Casting PU (serie BC)

BC series is a 2-K casting polyurethane whose polyol (resin) is based on natural oil. It reacts with isocyanate to form a thermosetting 2-K PU system, cures at room temperature and is solvent free. It is used in casting applications such as bio-materials, hollow fiber and electrical devices.

ISOTHANE HMA series are polyester based, hot melt adhesive grade thermoplastic polyurethanes with high elasticity and recovery, transparency, toughness and balanced mechanical properties. They can be processed by extrusion. Suggested applications are heat transfer lamination, hot-melt adhesive film, textile lamination and fabric coatings.

FUNCTION Use air to drive hydraulic pump. Once the outlet hydraulic pressure reaches the setting pressure, it will stop driving and won't waste any energy. If the outlet pressure is reducing, it will supplement pressure automatically to maintain the pressure continuously. The outlet pressure of the pump and the pneumatic pressure of driving are as direct ratio. The outlet pressure will base on the adjustment of pneumatic pressure to change. The hydraulic pressure (available hydraulic pressure from 60 – 500 Kgf/㎝²) ， flow rate of pump and circuit control system will base on the requirement to be different. The circuit control system has the function of check. If there is no pneumatic pressure, the hydraulic pressure will be maintained. The best application is for work clamping systems or hydraulic pressure supply system which needs to maintain pressure for a long time but less operate. It has the function of inspection pressure and can be interlocked with the machine.

Angle encoder

Angle encoder is a precision sensor that converts mechanical rotation into digital signals. Its core consists of an inductor coil/optical code disk, a detection module and a signal processing circuit. It can capture the rotation angle change in real time, generate orthogonal pulses or absolute value encoding, and achieve accurate measurement of position and speed. This series of encoder products has the advantages of modular design and high customization, and can be widely used in various application scenarios such as robot arm joint positioning, servo motor feedback, crane arm angle detection, wind turbine blade angle adjustment, and stereoscopic warehouse stacker position synchronization.

Differential transformer displacement sensor (LVDT) can be widely applied in aerospace, machinery, construction, textile, railway, coal, metallurgy, plastics, chemical engineering and scientific research institutions and other national economic fields to measure linear displacement, elongation, vibration, object thickness, expansion and on the like. The product has the characteristics of no-slip contact, long service life, safe and reliable, etc.LVDT has excellent performance and adopts convenient single power source 9-28 V DC for power supply. With its electronic circuit sealed in stainless steel metal tubes, LVDT can work in the wet and dust and other extreme ambient. The output can be set into standard 0-5V voltage signal, 4-20mA current signal, or RS485 digital signal output and so on.LVDT displacement sensor has three basic types: split type, spring-back type and pneumatic type, and can be customized according to customer's requirements. The measuring range of LVDT split type is 0-500mm. It has the characteristics of water-proof, dust-proof and good dynamic performance. The measuring stroke range of LVDT spring-back type is 0-100mm. The contact probe adopts wear-resistant chromium plating hard tool steel. The measuring stroke range of pneumatic type LVDT is 0-15mm, and the working pressure is 0.15-0.7MPa.
