The GSR Series is JANDI'S water cooling, spaghetti type recycling machine for polyethylene and polypropylene film scrap. Film is fed by a spiral feeder into the extruder, and the melt is extruded through a spaghetti type die head into strands; the strands are cooled in a stainless steel water tank, dried by a blower and cut into pellets by a pull and cutting unit with a rotary cutter and fixed blade.
