This machine is for big width film, can heat slit & sealing the film into 3 lines, then pass gusset units to have 3 lines printed T-shirt bags. The heat slitting device can maintain the stable temperature in operation to ensure the strong sealing. Equipped with servo motor & controller made in Japan to provide high speed production & exactly bag length. Jumbo roll lift-up unit uses automatic machine arm instead of labor to lift up the jumbo rolls. Air shafts are for easier operation & save time. Waste conveyor delivers the waste of film to the indicated position after punch. Finished bag fold device folds the T-shirt bags in half to save the labor working time. The MGA-TS-360-2R and MGA-TS-460-2R are Ming Jilee's high speed T-shirt bag making machines, producing carry-out T-shirt style bags for retail and grocery use. Both models share the same cycle speed, with the -460 variant sized for wider, longer bags.Bag length runs 350 - 650 mm on the MGA-TS-360-2R and 350 - 900 mm on the MGA-TS-460-2R, with bag width of 160 - 365 mm and 160 - 465 mm respectively. Both process film at 0.008 - 0.05 mm thickness / layer and run at 180 - 250 cycles/min/line. The GF-J/SV Series is a T-shirt bag making machine configured for biodegradable material. It is the biodegradable-film version of JANDI'S GF-J/SV shopping bag machines: a servo-driven, heat-cutting bag maker that seals and cuts tubular film into T-shirt bags, set up for biodegradable film such as PLA and PBAT based compounds.As in the GF-J/SV range, the machine uses a tensionless sealing knife on a flat silicone sealing base, a heat-cutting blade, temperature controllers for the sealing and cutting stations, and a printing scanner for registering printed film. The SV models are fed from a pneumatic-lift jumbo roll unwind stand.
