AH-FW, the four-shaft type automatic rewinding machine. It's suitable for rewind PE, PVC cling film. The machine specifications are customized accord to client's needs. AH-FW (20-30): Mother roll's available width from 200-300 mm; finished paper core's length from 210-310 mm. AH-FW (20-50): Mother roll's available width from 200-500 mm; finished paper core's length from 210-510 mm. It's a fully automatic model. Users only need to input paper cores and materials, machine will feed material, rewind, cut and unload finished products automatically. Besides, it has various switches: Auto/Manual mode Press roller ON/OFF Feeding ON/OFF Brake ON//OFF Small press roller ON/OFF With the above switches, it will be fast and convenient to adjust machine. FUNCTION Overload Protector is equipped in Press machine to check hydraulic pressure of cylinder inside the slider. If happen overload, the hydraulic pressure of cylinder will be released immediately within 3/1000 seconds. When happen overload, in order to protect the press and die, the press will stop working immediately after receiving the signal from limit switch. After happen overload, the air will drive hydraulic pump to supply normal working pressure immediately and the press can work normal. It has pressure control valve inside of overload protector, which can adjust hydraulic pressure automatically and eliminate the impact of rising pressure (which cause by oil temperature rise) in pressing process. May select different types of components and control units base on the different types and specifications of press machines.

SRB-A-2S, the two shaft type semi-automatic, multiple functions rewinding machine Suitable for rewind aluminum foil and PE, PVC cling film. The mother roll available width is from 200-500 mm. The finished paper core’s I.D. is from 25-50 mm. This model is carried a brake system, controls the brake power accurately. Users can check the data of brake output and single product weight anytime. SRB-A-2S is able to set prior deceleration points of every speed level. Users only need to adjust rewinding speed afterwards. Machine will regulate deceleration points automatically by the settings. It has automatic functions of cutting and fixed length feeding. Users will thread the material onto paper core more convenient. The whole machine is combined of electronic control, carried with electric motor system; enable more precise and quicker shaft-changing movements. While finished rewinding process, the rewinding shaft will back off by itself. Users can switch to the automatic mode which start machine automatically after shafts are pressed down.
