The GSR Series is JANDI'S water cooling, spaghetti type recycling machine for polyethylene and polypropylene film scrap. Film is fed by a spiral feeder into the extruder, and the melt is extruded through a spaghetti type die head into strands; the strands are cooled in a stainless steel water tank, dried by a blower and cut into pellets by a pull and cutting unit with a rotary cutter and fixed blade. A screen changer driven by an AC motor with reducer filters the melt ahead of the die.The series covers a range of extruder sizes and motor ratings so that capacity can be matched to the scrap volume of a film or bag plant; the figures for each model are listed per model in JANDI'S GSR specification table. Options include a conveyor with metal detector, crusher, screw conveyor, vacuum pump, pressure gauge, hydraulic screen changer, second extruder, vibrating screen and an air blower with storage tank. The GHR series is a die face cutting type plastic film recycling machine for HD, LD and LLDPE and P.P. film scrap, producing pellets that can go back into the extruder. Scrap is fed into a stainless steel densifying tank with rotary cutters, then extruded through a hydraulic screen changer and cut at the die face; the pellets are dried in a stainless steel centrifuge unit and collected in a stainless steel storage unit. The series covers extruder sizes of 65 mm, 85 mm, 100 mm and 120 mm.Motors with inverter are 50 HP, 75 HP, 100 HP and 125 HP across the four sizes, for maximum capacities of 120 KG/HR, 200 KG/HR, 300 KG/HR and 400 KG/HR.
