Grand Opening of Shini Chongqing Factory

Among Chongqing industries, except for the fast growing of auto manufacture, the computer, communication and other electronic equipment also developed rapidly. The new factory at Chongqing is a response for the policy of Western Development. “Take the rest ability of the economic development from the eastern coastal areas to improve the level of economic and social development for the western regions” is the purpose. With the pace of Western Development, lots of international enterprises had transformed to the western regions. Shini is one of the members in this movement. The initial area of Shini Chongqing plant covers 13,300 square meters and has been established and put into operation since last year, which successfully increased the demands of western customers and related services.

With the expanding of Shini Group, to integrate the requirements of material plants and customers, and to provide subdivided service for the users and new customers, the Group optimized the organization by founding of the Dongguan Shinchen Engineering Co., Ltd. The company is mainly engaged in the design, R&D and experiment of air conveying devices (such as rotary valve, knife gate valve, diverter valve etc.), high-pressure conveying system, low-pressure conveying system, metering mixing system, storage and discharge system, and control system. Holding the innovative and pragmatic, soliary and struggling spirits, Shinchen consistently extends its business and complete its management system. Based on the principle of integrity, mutual benefit, Shinchen is pursuing the premium quality and sustainable business to establish the loyal cooperative partnership with the customers.

The initial area of Chongqing factory covers 13,300 square meters and has been put into operation since the end of last year. There have three production lines right now, the products contain the series of drying and dehumidifying, loaders, and mould temperature controller. Output capacity is 300~400 units/month, and sometimes it reaches the maximum rate of 500 units/month. In the future, according to the demands in these regions, it not only could provide the customization service, but also could supply the budget models for granulators, mould temperature controllers, and the water chillers as well. The establishment of Chongqing factory with products and services covering southwest of China, mainly for provinces of Shaanxi, Shanxi, Sichuang, Hubei, Guizhou, Yunnan and Chongqing. It enables to offer swift technical supports and user experiences in these regions, which would reach the Group strategic target by expanding to the whole markets of China in future.

**There‘s a lot of talk about Industry 4.0. Where does Shini and its products fit into the connected factory of the future? Do you see Industry 4.0 emerging as a major trend in China?

Shini sLink Protocol Solution is an integrated control technology based on the internet, it can be applied in the monitor system of large auxiliary equipment and the injection-molding control system which the auxiliary equipment is united with the monitor function. Then combine all the resources from the auxiliary equipment and molding machines into a network, which reduces the human labor, and improves the working efficiency as well as the data collection efficiency and accuracy. The unity enables to provide the reliable database for optimizing the after-stage process and quality control. Nowadays, the market’s flexible demand is growing, the products are more and more complicated and with shorter delivery terms. The traditional way that one set of molding machine just producing one kind of product during a long time can not satisfy the market any more.
