Under the ultra high speed side entry IML series, we have two regular models - W833 and W853 for the different size injection machines. W833 is recommended to fit for the machines below 280 tons. W853 is suggest for the machines ranging 280~550 tons. Above specification can be seen as reference. Additionally, we offer the side entry IML system for the production in the stack molds - W832, as in our catalog. Our Side entry IML series shares the following features. * Easy to interchange the parts of the tooling among the multiple products * Easy to switch between the container and lid IML applications in one robotic system. * Easy to integrate the new retrofits of the different products * Label switch helps to easily define the functions if the labeling or simply injection mate robot. * Centralized operation from a single controller for faster commissioning by free programing and the teach program, applied for the regular robot sequences and the customized automation. *Clean and neat control program helps to memory the multiple sets of the sequences for the different productions. * Safety is built with not only the individual guards around each unit (Label cassette, Stacking unit and the robot entry) but also the advance settings of the movements in control program.
