JIT Shopping Bag Making Line (JIT Series)

The JIT Series is JANDI'S in-line shopping bag making line. Blown film extrusion, printing and bag making run as one continuous process, so resin enters at one end and finished, printed shopping bags leave at the other; there are no intermediate film rolls to store, transport or re-load. This listing covers the series as a whole, which is offered in mono-layer semi-automatic and full-automatic types, an ABA full-automatic type and a two-colour full-automatic type.

Because the steps are linked, JANDI'S describes the line by what it removes from a conventional three-machine set-up: separate handling between extrusion, printing and bag making, the floor space and storage for film rolls, and the die-cut scrap, which is recovered on-line and fed back. Line composition, printing configuration, bag size and output are configured with the buyer at quotation.
