(1) Synchronized Heating: On startup, the software identifies the hot plates and activates synchronized heating, where faster-heating zones follow the slower ones, so all zones reach operating temperature at the same time. (Invention patent granted) (2) Over-Temperature Protection: If temperature rises 30°C above the set point and is out of control, the system sounds an alarm and cuts power to prevent fire and resin carbonization inside the runner.
