Extrusión de Co medio - Máquina de moldeo por soplado de tipo continuo Chen Way Machinery es conocida por sus máquinas de moldeo por soplado de tres capas de 20L. Las máquinas de moldeo por soplado y coextrusión de tres capas son la opción más popular para los países exportadores de aceite comestible, y sus producciones van desde bidones de 5L a 30L. La composición de los productos de tres capas suele ser la siguiente: La capa exterior está compuesta por un 15%-20% de material virgen y masterbatches La capa interior está compuesta por un 15%-20% de material virgen. La capa intermedia es una combinación de 60%-70% de material triturado rentable y CaCO3 (no más del 30%), lo que reduce el costo del material en un 10-12%. Por el contrario, solo alrededor del 5%-7% de CaCO3 se puede agregar a los bidones de una sola capa, lo que no tiene una mejora evidente sobre el ahorro de material.
