Calentadores de agua de “gran caudal”

Los calentadores de agua "Large Flow" de la serie STM-WF se utilizan para calentar el molde y mantener la temperatura, aunque se pueden utilizar en otras aplicaciones similares. El agua a alta temperatura del molde se devuelve al tanque de enfriamiento y se enfría mediante enfriamiento directo. Luego es presurizado por la bomba de alta presión, enviado al tanque de calentamiento y finalmente al molde con una temperatura constante. El controlador de temperatura HAYOUNG puede mantener una precisión de ±0,5 ℃.

High temperature water returns to the machine and then be pressure by pump to the heater. After being heated, water will be forced to mold and continue the circle. In the process, if the water temperature is too high, the system will activate the solenoid valve to let cooling water cool down the temperature directly until the temperature is down to the system requirement. If the temperature keeps increasing and reaches to the set point of ultra high temperature, system will sound high pressure alarm and stop operation.
