TEN es el cambiador de pantalla automático de FIMIC capaz de bloquear incluso las partículas más pequeñas de contaminación gracias a su malla, cuya resistencia permite adaptar la temperatura según los requisitos y el material a procesar. La apertura ajustable en la salida de la malla es una garantía más de la calidad del producto final. Un pequeño raspador cerca de la malla recoge la mayoría de los desechos y evita que se rompan cuando se cambia. Su superficie filtrante de 1.465 cm2 tiene una presión de carga baja; por tanto, excluye cualquier peligro de degradación. También es posible ajustar la velocidad de cambio de malla, estableciendo una presión objetivo a la que se cambiará automáticamente, para adaptar todo el flujo de trabajo al material a filtrar. Además, cuando se cambia, la malla se sujeta por la propia presión del material y no necesita ningún otro sistema auxiliar. La malla adecuada está disponible en diferentes niveles de filtración, a partir de malla de 80 micrones / 170. TEN también se puede adaptar a niveles de filtración más finos equipando mallas hechas a medida. La apertura rápida también está siempre garantizada. No hay necesidad de herramientas o habilidades específicas, ya que FIMIC proporciona un destornillador neumático en el momento de la compra.
