The tire pre-shredding machine can be equipped with bolted cutting tools to minimize the operational cost and simplify maintenance of the line. Two-stage rasper system effectively liberates the steel from the rubber enabling effective separations and the production of clean wire. The fine granulation system is equipped with a special rotor designed specifically for tire rubber size reduction. It provides maximum throughput, whilst minimizing the amount of fines created. The machine is also optimized for low operational and wear costs. Textile and dust is aspirated at several positions of the recycling system. A central Reverse Jet Filtration System extracts dust from the entire system. Our Milling System can be installed at the back end of the tire recycling machine line system. The size and configuration of the Milling System is configured according to the specific production requirements i.e. size and throughput. Advanced sound attenuation enclosures can be provided to reduce the noise level of the system to < 85dBA. Water spray & misting systems are installed on key components to maintain processing temperatures at safe levels and to protect against fire. System automation ensures that components actions are linked, the system capacity is maximized, and the system is protected against interfering material in the best way. The JIT Series is JANDI'S in-line shopping bag making line. Blown film extrusion, printing and bag making run as one continuous process, so resin enters at one end and finished, printed shopping bags leave at the other; there are no intermediate film rolls to store, transport or re-load. This listing covers the series as a whole, which is offered in mono-layer semi-automatic and full-automatic types, an ABA full-automatic type and a two-colour full-automatic type. Serie del producto：PPV La válvula de pellizco funciona de manera que abre o cierra el paso de un fluido en un tubo flexible apretando o pellizcando el tubo. The PE/PP film wash line system is designed for washing plastic films with contamination levels exceeding 80% Minimizing the recycling water flow rate and evaporation losses. The pre-treatment module of the system is equipped wear resistant design to maximize system up time. Pre-shredding and pre-washing system removes a large percentage of abrasive materials (sand, grit etc.) to protect the rest of the system. Shredding system is designed specifically for film materials to create a uniform particle size which is easy for washing and drying. High speed washing system optimized according to the specific material type liberates and separates contamination from film flakes. Under water force-washing paddles in our washing tanks maximize the washing efficiency. Our drag chain discharge device regulates the material discharge speed and minimizes the water volume sent to the drying process with the product. Mechanical (centrifugal and squeezing) and thermal drying systems control the moisture content of the finished product. At < 5% moisture the material is suitable for high quality pelletizing. Shredding, high speed washing and drying stages are optimized to avoid over processing which can cause material loss (fines creation). Intelligent system automation ensures that components actions are sequenced and monitored. Therefore, system capacity is maximized, and the system is effectively protected against un-shredable materials.
