CWA+3F-1000-SV is suitable for the production of bottom sealed bags with 3 times folding, first 2 times folding of the bag’s length and last 1 time folding of the bag’s width. This machine is equipped with 4 sets servo motors, 1 set for main sealing and cutting machine and 3 sets for the 3 times folding unit. Besides, it is also equipped with 2 touch screen controls for friendly and easy operations while reducing labor costs and having more efficient productivity.

Customer decided to work with Fung Chang to build up their own packing bags solution. Latter on, customer also consider the agriculture netting for all aspects of inquiry in the market. They do not have any experience for manufacturing product and running the factory.   Everything started from 0 and completed at the end of 2022. 

According to the material supplier, bio-degradable material cannot be recycled easily. But, if not trying to recycle, the disposal of the waste & die-cut from bio-degradable material will become big additional expenses. Even if you may recycle the bio-degradable material, the time, space and workman ship required for the collection of the waste, will already create additional costs. Plastic bag making machine CW-1200FK-SV/CW-1400FK-SV is suitable for the production of 2 lines printed or non printed bottom sealed bags with or without D punch. This machine is equipped with 2 servo motors to control bag feeding individually, 2 photocells to catch printing on plastic film, 1 servo motor to control flying knife function and impulse wire sealing device to produce heavy duty bottom sealed bags. Moreover, it can also be equipped with German made E.P.C and in line hot D punch device to produce shopping bags or welcome bags.
