1. Mechanical automation and precision in home appliances

The hardware is embedded in injection molding, and there are certain requirements for automation and accuracy. Alfa developed the full-servo horizontal walking manipulator R700ID-S5-N, which can automatically feed and embed the molding, which can replace the tedious tasks of manual nut discharging and nut one by one. It can realize the stable embedding of one mold with multiple cavities, and can meet the needs of embedding multiple products in metal parts or one product in multiple metal parts. It is mainly used in the application of conductive metal embedding of charger plugs of various regulations in the world, such as TV rear housing, electric fan shaft core, washing machine drum shaft core and 3C products.

2. The pursuit of stability and safety in food packaging machinery

In-mold labeling is the mainstream trend. The Alfa double-positive-arm full-servo manipulator uses an electrostatic generator to absorb the colored label paper on the surface of the mold and form an integral part with the injection product. Compared with traditional surface roll stickers, the pattern and the product fit better and are more beautiful. The automatic label supply system reduces the subsequent label processing procedures and is relatively safer. Due to its excellent acceleration and deceleration performance, the full-servo manipulator can take out the finished product at a high speed and smooth, and complete the labeling action at the same time. The take-out time is the same as the standard single take-out time, and the labeling process is added without affecting the production cycle.

3. R1100WS-S3 double-section single-arm + AC axis multi-angle water nozzle

The R1100WS-S3 double-cut single arm with AC axis multi-angle nozzle application can realize multi-angle nozzle cutting, which can solve the problem of space limitation, free angle rotation, convenient adjustment, removal can solve the hanging mold tilt, and the mold can be matched with scissors. If the cycle permits, the number of scissors can be saved, thereby saving costs.
