EXTRUSION COATING LAMINATION MACHINE

YEN-SHENG provides laminating machines that can be widely used in many industries, including food packaging, building materials, thermal insulation materials, industrial packaging, environmentally-preserving materials, etc. As a result, we offer a wide range of different machines and application equipment in these areas.

We are very good at providing lamination of various materials, and using different processing methods, such as anchor coating, Mayer rod coating, extrusion coating, thermal lamination, dry lamination, YEN-SHENG have plentiful experiences.

We can provide machine width up to 6000mm and extruder output up to 700kg/hr., also depend on different requirements can running machine up to 300mpm and up to triple lamination station. Co-extrusion application also available, we can adopt feed-block type or multi-manifold t-die for multi-layer coating lamination machines.

Application : Laminated Aluminum foil could be used in one stop flexible, ID tags, Ham wrap, pharmaceutical & Disposable Packaging wrapper for food, toiletries & agro products. Adhesive foil laminating could be used on variety of substrates such as polyester, polypropylene, and polyethylene, helping to boost product integrity.

Super width extrusion lamination machine:

Super width could be 3000mm, 4000mm, 5000mm, 6000mm…etc.
In-line slitter could produce two ready rolls at the same time.

Strip extrusion lamination machine for cement bag:

Instead of laminating by glue with correct laminating position for further bag making with more less defective.
PP woven fabric and Kraft paper separated easier for recycle.

PET fabric extrusion lamination machine:

Co-extrusion available.
primer coating available.
Tubular or jumbo bags available.

Triple extrusion area at the same time:

Special lamination procedure for Leno onion bag (top side lamination area could be sucked to open bag automatic for onion bag loading)
