Automatic High Speed Side Seal Bag Making Machine for Soft Loop, Patch Handle, Die Cut, Poly Draw Handle Bags.

FEATURES

The soft loop handle and poly draw handle drive

1. At loop handle film unwinder, the film was cut into narrow strip film, then top fold to loop handle before seal it.
2. The poly draw film was pre-slit to narrow strip film by slitting machine, by passing through the inserting device, it is 
    formed inside the bags.

Photo-cell control & pre-warming station

1. this series of machine uses Erwin Sick Photocell for precise control of print image to the side weld.
2. Additional stabilization of the side weld in the area of the bottom gusset and top gusset by the pre-sealing station for four
