TPU ISOTHANE ® now offers a versatile sustainable solution using bio-based and recycled materials to reduce carbon footprint and we also have recycled series in our portfolio include r-ABS, r-TPU, ETPU grades with a 20% to 100% share of PIR (post-industrial recycled) materials and LFRT series with PCR and PIR plastic materials.

1.ISOTHANE BioTPU
Bio TPU resins are renewable-sourced materials (plant based, between 25~60%) offering outstanding flexibility and endurance.

Biomass Applications:

2.ISOPAK ABS – Sustainable Materials
PCR-ABS is compliant with REACH, RoHS and GRS standards.
Recycling Applications:
Recycled ABS can be used in household appliances, electronic appliances and automotive parts. Proper recycling can reduce the demand for virgin materials and conserve natural resources.
3.ISOTHANE r-TPU
r-TPU resins are with a 20% to 100% share of PIR (post-industrial recycled) materials.

- Reduce CO2 emission up from 50% to 80% compared to 100% virgin TPUs

Recycling Applications:
Composite materials can be disassembled, separated, and recycled despite their complex structures. Thus, various products can be manufactured by utilizing recycled composite materials, including automotive components, hand tools, and sports equipment parts.
Biomass Applications:
Renewable composite materials with biomass components can reduce the demand for fossil fuels and can be applied in various industries, such as in automotive components. With biomass components, it is also light-weighting and highly strengthened that makes them a suitable metal replacement to reduce weight.
