JANDI'S JIT bag-making equipment integrates a system for blowing film, printing, bag-making, and recycling. For recycling, JIT can achieve recycling by sending leftover materials from making vest bags back to the extruder to mix with new materials, significantly reducing waste during production. Additionally, JIT features a human-machine interface that can connect to the internet to monitor the current production status, allowing operators to respond swiftly to production challenges and changing demands.

Since partnering with AVANI ECO in 2019, JANDI'S has made significant progress in the field of sustainable development. AVANI ECO focuses on researching and developing materials that can replace plastic, such as corn starch, sugarcane, and cassava starch. These materials not only replace traditional plastic but also have a smaller environmental impact. The cassava bag, for example, looks no different from regular plastic bags but decomposes in hot water within three minutes and is drinkable. It can biodegrade in about 180 days, posing no threat to wildlife and greatly reducing environmental burden. This demonstrates JANDI'S and AVANI ECO's shared mission and innovation spirit in environmental sustainability, truly achieving ESG environmental sustainability.
Continuous Innovation of the JIT System
Besides changing raw materials, JANDI'S continues to innovate and strengthen the JIT system, integrating automation for blowing film, printing, bag-making, die-cutting, and recycling. This not only improves bag quality and precision but also allows production of over 25,000 bags per hour, with a monthly output of over 120 tons, applicable for HD/LDPE and eco-friendly materials. This high efficiency requires only three operators to manage four machines simultaneously, significantly reducing labor costs while greatly enhancing production capacity. Currently, JANDI'S holds over 30 patents and is applying for several more.
Advantages of the Automatic Carton Packaging System
The newly added automatic carton packaging system in JIT combines carton unpacking machines, conveyor systems, filling systems, label printers, and automatic sealing machines, saving space, materials, labor, and electricity consumption, reducing carbon emissions by 10-15%. While improving production efficiency, it also lowers carbon emissions, achieving cost reduction and environmental sustainability.
