Super Torque Gearbox for Co-rotating Twin Screw Extruder

To meet the increasing demand of twin-screw extruders worldwide, SUN LUNG GEAR had devoted its resources to the development of high-performance gearboxes for twin-screw extruders.
This series of high performance gearbox for twin-screw extruders has the best transmission efficiency, low noise, high torque and strong structure. It is designed by computer virtual simulation and stress analysis calculation of safety coefficient.
The gearbox is embedded with excellent high dissipation, forced lubrication, cooling and filter system to perform enhanced output capabilities under heavy loading forces. Equipped with top quality INA or SKF thrust bearings and NOK oil seals to ensure the excellent quality.

Gearbox for All Electric Injection Molding Machine

The gearboxes for injection molding machines have been developed properly for the drive of plasticizing screws. The gearboxes with parallel axes due to their special configuration, are suitable to transmit elevated torque rates and to receive high input force, resulting in a very low noise and vibration performance.
In order to facilitate mounting of this series gearboxes, the standard version is supplied complete with flange and output shaft dimension correspond to hydraulic motors commonly used. The gearboxes can be also customized according to customer's specific request.
