In addition, Full-Shine is dedicated to the eco-friendly and energy-saving concept by implementing Yuken-Japan Servo Drive System for Carriage as Energy-saving unit, resulting in the reduction of power consumption up to 30-60%. With New Curved-Arm Design for Strong Mold Clamping and Parallel Linear Carriage Movement, 100% made in Japan, the efficiency of power saving reaches 30-60%. During the cooling and idling time, the motor is at the sleep stage (under the status of extreme slow RPM, approximately to 0), which significantly reduce the power consumption at a maximum scale, and it starts off with 100% performance. Working with Yuken servo motor, the carriage movement is under the digital linear transducer control, which is more precise and accurate to ensure the molding performance at the exact positions and times.
