The JIT Series is JANDI'S in-line shopping bag making line. Blown film extrusion, printing and bag making run as one continuous process, so resin enters at one end and finished, printed shopping bags leave at the other; there are no intermediate film rolls to store, transport or re-load. The GF-J/SV Series is a T-shirt bag making machine configured for biodegradable material. It is the biodegradable-film version of JANDI'S GF-J/SV shopping bag machines: a servo-driven, heat-cutting bag maker that seals and cuts tubular film into T-shirt bags, set up for biodegradable film such as PLA and PBAT based compounds.As in the GF-J/SV range, the machine uses a tensionless sealing knife on a flat silicone sealing base, a heat-cutting blade, temperature controllers for the sealing and cutting stations, and a printing scanner for registering printed film. The SV models are fed from a pneumatic-lift jumbo roll unwind stand.
